Greemas includes three main product lines. They are PLA series, bio-PA (bio-nylon) series and NFRC series (natural fiber reinforced composites). Based on the material features, Greemas can be applied in household items, furniture supplies, tableware, kitchenware, stationery, toys, baby and child products, packagings, and even automotive components and electronic products. The application mostly covers all of your daily life.
According to different physical properties, Greemas possesses several specs, such as high biomass content (> 70%), high toughness (>15 kJ/m2), high elongation (> 200%), high modulus (> 4,000 MPa), and high transparency (light transmittance >80%). Their common characteristic is the outstanding processing performance. All Greemas grades have excellent flow-ability and thermal stability, which leads to high production yield rate easily. The better thing is, you can use the existing forming machine for production and only minor modification is needed on the processing conditions. With appropriate adjustment, the molded products can reach high temperature tolerance, making them much more popular in the market.
